Yoga Stretch w/ Rosalee

This class will utilize a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
Each class will offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike - you will increase strength, improve flexibility and posture, and practice balance. Modifications will be suggested for both those looking to intensity the class as well as those newer to practicing yoga.
Instructor: Rosalee Katakam
Instructor will cancel if there is less than five people registered for the class.
