Yoga Flow at The Sanctuary

This personalized small group class focuses on linking breath to movement while performing a series of flowing yoga postures. Expect an expanding range of more advanced postures, creative sequences and the sun salutation in this all levels class.  Modifications will be offered to both beginner and advanced students to deepen their practice and improve body alignment. Focusing on linking movement ot the breath will leave the students feeling physically energized with a calm, quiet mind. Yoga Flow also helps to improve flexibility, balance, concentration and overall strength. Class size is limited to offer a more customized experience for the participants.

Sue Bogan is a 500-hour Certified Comprehensive Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher with over 16 years of experience teaching yoga. She is A.C.E. certified in Group Fitness since 1996, a Certified Balance Athlete Coach, and is certified in Silversneakers, (geriatric therapeutic exercise0, and Body Pump. She has been actively working as a fitness professional for over 26 years teaching physical fitness, health and wellness.
