Slow yoga, designed to meet you where you are at and move you forward.  Breathing and stretching, with seated and standing poses, to release deep tensions and uncover your hidden strength. Every pose is customized to your needs and abilities, to make the class enjoyable as well as beneficial.  And you’ll be amazed at how fast your body changes as the years melt away. Every class includes a personalized assessment and interview.  You get pose handouts that make it easy for you to take your newfound yoga practice home with you.  Weekly follow-up with your teacher keeps you on track between sessions. Discover how easy it is to feel better.  Learn to take care of your body in a whole new way, while you discover a deeper inner-dimension that fills your heart and fuels your life.
