Yoga for Pain Relief: Bring your aches and pains with you to this free intro to Svaroopa® yoga. We’ll ask what you need help with. Then we’ll help you with it. In addition, we’ll explain how this style of yoga works, comparing it with medicine and other things you’ve tried.
The pathway to pain relief is found in your breath and by the gentle release of spinal tensions. We explain how these work and move you through a few easy yoga poses. You try them out along with the rest of your class, poses specifically selected to address the pains everyone brought with them. No previous yoga experience is required.
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to bend and stretch, even online. You’ll immediately feel better and you’ll understand how it works. This is because of Svaroopa® yoga’s gentle and personalized approach.
