Adult Personal Training - Small Group

We address all the components of fitness including cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. We strive to address the prevention of falls and injuries, focus on establishing and maintaining good posture, increased confidence, and emotional wellness with this comprehensive program. Options are given so that anyone can perform each exercise with a modification as needed to address their individual goals and specific needs. Our goal is to keep the fun in fitness in a supportive community atmosphere. You can join us from your home and when you are away from home so you can continue with your exercise routine from just about anywhere!

All participants will receive an in person body assessment and meet with one of our coaches prior to your first training to discuss questions, concerns, health history and personal fitness and health goals.  They will also receive a resistive exercise band and a pilates ball to use for the training classes when they meet with the coaches.

We are located at the Lionville School of Dance in Exton at 11 South Village Avenue. The building is accessible to all as we do have an elevator.
