Hydrating the Upper Body with MELT

Using the soft ball and a MELT soft foam body roller you will learn how to create lasting change in your upper body by hydrating the connective tissue in your neck, shoulders, hands, upper, and mid back.  With upper body sequences from the book, The MELT Method by Sue Hitzmann, you will be amazed at the global changes that can be felt immediately not only in your upper body but in your lower body as well.  Begin to get an understanding of the 4 R’s of MELT; Reconnect, Rebalance, Rehydrate, and Release and learn how you can become a hands-off bodyworker and treat your own physical and neurological imbalances.  Try it!  It’s fun, empowering and very effective.
