Rebalance your Nervous System with MELT

In just 10 minutes a day you can rebalance your NeuroCore Mechanisms, activate your Reflexive Core for better pelvic and low back stabilization, and breathe your way to some surprising and lasting total body changes.  In this class, using the MELT soft roller, you will:




  • Learn a total body self-evaluation


  • Learn how to increase your “Body Sense” or 6th sense


  • Calm your nervous system


  • Find out if you have a reverse breathing pattern and if so


  • Learn how to correct a reverse breathing pattern




In MELT, this is called the “Rebalance Sequence” and it is powerful stuff!  It is amazing how much can change in your body with just this sequence alone!  Want just a taste of MELT?  This is a great 90 minute class to take.
