Girl giving thumbs up at high school graduation.
This 2 hour workshop offers young adults a step by step process to
begin a road map to financial success.

Participants develop a picture of their "dream" lifestyle after graduation (either High School, Trade School or College).  They then estimate the cost of living this "dream" Life.  It helps them research their anticipated career field to see if their "dream" life is financially attainable.

The following key issues will be discussed: The difference between renting and owning a home;  Additional costs associated with living on your own; the true cost of owning/leasing a car; taxes; how loans work - Car/Student/Home; how credit/debit cards work; why credit scores matter; when should I start saving and how much?; what is a 401K?; and the cost and responsibility of pet ownership. Designed for young adults, 16 and up.
