Tai Chi, an ancient exercise originating in China, is over 2,000 years old. 


Its slow movements are designed to bring your body, mind & spirit into balance and harmony.


In doing so, it preserves your health, cures diseases (e.g. arthritis, joint pain, poor balance & coordination, lack of flexibility, etc.). 


It also improves and prolongs your quality of life. 


 


The balance and harmony Tai Chi brings to your mental & physical state can permeate all aspects of your life.  With a relaxed body and a calm mind, you will be better able to cope & overcome the stresses you face on a daily basis. Don’t you owe it to yourself to be healthy? Join us!

NEW this FALL 2020
For $150 you may attend 2 classes a week for November and December 2020.  Classes are being held at Dragon Gym in Exton Mondays & Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30AM and Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15PM or at the Downingtown United Methodist Church(outdoors) on Saturdays from 9-10:00AM.  (if it rains it will be moved indoor at Dragon Gym from 7:45-8:45AM)

Clothing -
Wear loose, comfortable clothing or sweats (black pants & light top)

Class Location
Some of the classes are held outside due to COVID-19, depending on weather conditions, we may have to change the class location. We will notify all registrants, by email, if this becomes necessary.
