Light weights
Enjoy the convenience of exercising in the comfort and privacy of your own home or when traveling! Online classes provide personalized instruction and variety while saving time and commuting costs. This effective combination of exercises using hand-held weights, resistance bands and classic floor work routines will rev up your metabolism, build energy, strengthen your bones and reduce the risk of disease. You'll improve muscle tone and strength, burn fat and increase flexibility and balance.

Bring a mat, towel, water and hand-held weights (3 to 5 pounds). Resistance bands may be purchased from the instructor for $7 (shipping is included).

Equipment Needed -
  • Early Winter/Winter is 8 class program
  • Spring is a 6 class program
  • Summer is a 10 class program
  • Early Fall is an 8 class program
  • Late Fall is a 6 class program
