Meet Your Instructors:
Leslie Norton, certified Zumba® instructor and certified Personal Trainer with 23+ years of experience in the fitness industry. Originally from Colombia, Leslie infuses an infectious Latin flair to easy-to-follow choreography. Her years of experience and countless hours of teaching help her know how hard to push her clients, and when to make modifications to suit their abilities.
Cindy Montagna, certified Zumba® instructor and certified Personal Trainer with an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and a master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Cindy has been working in the therapy field for the past 19+ years with patients and clients ranging in age from teenagers to older adults to help recover from illness/injury and improve the quality of their lives.
Leslie and Cindy are thrilled to bring their love of dance, fitness, and wellness to you. More importantly, they are very conscientious of keeping you safe while striving to make your workout fun! Their claim to fame is creating an engaging class environment that "disguises the exercise."
This is a Beginner class. It's appropriate for adults who have been away from exercise and/or Zumba® due to an illness, injury, surgery, lifestyle change, or a break in your workout routine. Ease back into dancing again with this class full of low impact moves to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals. Dance 4 Fitness is waiting for YOU!
Classes are held in a large studio space at the Lionville School of Dance (11 S Village Ave, Exton, PA) with a professional "sprung floor" that is specially designed to help absorb shock to enhance performance and reduce injuries.
