10:00 AM - 11:30 AM	Children's Nature Explorers Classes with the Art of Ecology - Spring Nature Explorers Spring Nature Explorers Class: April 13 - May 18, 2024 from  10:00AM-11:30AM. What makes this time of year so special? Is it the flowers starting to bloom, the insects emerging, the mammals waking up, the birds singing, or trees leafing out? It's all of the above! During this spring session, all nature explorers will investigate the changing season through their five senses with unique, hands-on outdoor observation. Program is ideal for ages 7-11. $65/child for the entire session. Includes guided & hands-on themed outdoor exploration and a craft or project each week. All materials are provided. Please dress according to the weather - the sessions are held rain or shine. Summer Nature Explorers Class: July 20 - August 24, 2024 from 10:00AM-11:30AM. The sun is bright and warm, the bees are buzzing, the butterflies are flitting from flower to flower! Toads are hopping and the creek is flowing fast. During this summer session, all nature explorers will discover unique adaptations of summer-loving animals; how they adapt to the warm weather, and what they enjoy eating! We will explore the great outdoors through hands-on observation, unique crafts, themed-games, and interactive community science projects. Program is ideal for ages 7-11. $65/child for the entire session. All materials are provided. Please dress according to the weather - the sessions are held rain or shine. Autumn Nature Explorers Class: October 5 - November 9, 2024 from 10:00AM-11:30AM. The leaves have changed from bright green to yellow, orange, and red. The air is crisp, and the birds have started migrating south as the days grow colder. During this fall session, all nature explorers will investigate how plants and animals prepare for the winter through processes called brumation, hibernation, seed dispersal, and more. We will explore the changing plants and animals with interactive nature-hikes, unique crafts, nature journaling, and more! Program is ideal for ages 7-11. $65/child for the entire session. All materials are provided. Please dress according to the weather - the sessions are held rain or shine.

Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. During this spring session, all nature explorers will investigate the changing season through their five senses with unique, hands-on outdoor observation. The sun is bright and warm, the bees are buzzing, the butterflies are flitting from flower to flower! Toads are hopping and the creek is flowing fast. During this summer session, all nature explorers will discover unique adaptations of summer-loving animals; how they adapt to the warm weather, and what they enjoy eating! We will explore the great outdoors through hands-on observation, unique crafts, themed-games, and interactive community science projects. Our expert-approved curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards.
