Yoga Summer Camp
Join Rebecca from Yoga with Ms. Rebecca for a week full of movement, mindfulness, and fun this summer! Each day we will practice yoga, complete a mindfulness craft, and play fun yoga games. On nice days, we'll even bring our mats outside to enjoy the weather while we flow. Some crafts include a mindfulness jar, positive affirmation rocks, and a mini zen garden. Each child will also design their own yoga bag to bring their mat home in at the end of the week. All materials are provided and no experience is necessary. Please bring a healthy snack, water bottle, and dress comfortably. Each participant will be given a yoga mat to use throughout the week and then keep at the end of camp.
