One on One Personal Training Session:
DARC and instructor Lester Giles is looking to help each one of you reach personal fitness goals.
This is a course to help those wanting to achieve their physical goals. Whether one is coming off of injury and getting back to training. Someone who is attempting training on their own for the first time. Or someone who is advanced in their training looking for a new workout regimen and or advice as to how to differ their workout. The sessions will be for 1 hour. Course requirements: prior to first session a 15 minute phone consultation is needed with the instructor.
You may register for 3 or 6 personal training sessions.

This course is to help those wanting to achieve there fitness goals, too. However Lester will provide you with a step by step weekly fitness plan. This gives you ability to workout when it fits into your schedule. Each weeks workout schedule costs only $30.00each, That's 7 work outs for $5.00. WOW!!!
Lester also offers individual Beginner and Intermediate Kettlebell classes Virtually and in person once the current health crisis has been lifted.
