About the class: Mindful Yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga or experienced students who enjoy
a well-supported and relaxing approach to their practice! The class includes carefully
orchestrated movements, and well-measured stretches with range of motion exercises. Postures are cued in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and body awareness. Mindful Yoga encourages individualized approach to your practice based on movements that feels right for you.
About the instructor: Jen has been practicing yoga for 25+ years, and immediately was drawn to the many benefits for the mind, body and soul that yoga provided. She finally fulfilled her desire to pursue teaching, and is now a registered 200-Hour Yoga Instructor. Jen has been sharing her passion since 2016 leading a variety of yoga including Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Chair. She worked at Silver Sneaker Tennis Addiction, Scissorgy, Holland Hill Studio, Moultonboro Recreation Department, corporate settings, and private sessions. She loves to share her passion for a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys seeing people feel good about themselves!
