Parent-Tot Swim Lessons: Downingtown Swim Academy offers a wonderful parent/child interaction in a warm water pool with songs and games. Experienced instructors guide parents to work with their children in aquatic surroundings. Swim diapers required. 6 months to 3 years.

Accelerated Adult Swim Lessons: A Personalized lesson plan gives your instructor the chance to access your skills, and develop a curriculum that's just right for you. Learning to swim may seem out of reach to adults who doubt their skills, but in our program we will provide with the foundation you'll need to progress and develop into the simmer you want to be. Beginner lessons will start with the very basics and work at your individual pace. Remember that learning to swim is progressive and beginners must build a strong foundation before moving on to more difficult skills and swim strokes. Instructors will work with you to achieve your individual swimming goals in the shortest time possible!

Pre-Beginner & Beginner 1 Swim Lessons: This level is to help students feel comfortable in the water and enjoy the water safety through body balance positions and "face in" skills. Swim goggles required.

Beginner 2 Swim Lessons: This level is to help students feel comfortable in the water and enjoy the water safety through body balance positions and "face in" skills. Swim goggles required.

Advanced Beginner Swim Lessons: This level is for swimmers who can put their faces in the water and swim freestyle for 6 feet. The objective of this level is to help students build on their learned skills in freestyle and begin backstroke while building endurance. Swim goggles required.

Pre-Team Swim Lessons: This 45 minute class focuses n improving technique and endurance in all four competitive strokes in preparation for swim team. Swim goggles required.
