Join DARC's Active Aging instructor Maureen Collins for a fitness class geared towards individuals 50+. This class will train and slow the aging process by focusing on your mental health, cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, fall prevention and balance and have FUN participating.
Anyone can come, even with disabilities.
Our exercises will use chairs to assist you with fitness.
Students will need to bring hand weights or your choice (1lb, 3lb, 5lb) and a exercise mat.
