Not enough time on your plate to prepare healthy homemade meals for your family? Do you feel you are making too many trips to the drive-thru to satisfy your little hunger monsters? In this series of 3 healthy hands cooking classes, you can literally have your cake and eat it too! We'll teach you how to understand food labels, how to choose healthier ingredients to provide better nutrition for your family, how to meal plan, shop, prepare and even store delicious homemade meals that will be ready when YOU are! Reduce your processed foods and improve unhealthy habits by taking control of your kitchen and learn to meal prep and plan your way to better health. We'll show you how! This class is for ages 15 through adult. (Please email me if your child is outside this age range and would like to attend this class).
