Get Healthy, Live Well Coaching Series. Come explore and learn to apply the many facets of healthy living in a safe, small group environment. Group coaching to really adopt healthy lifestyle habits for lasting change and long-term success. Includes private online group to further support and encourage success and connection (not mandatory). Topics covered include (but are not limited to) food choices, hydration, exercise, sleep, stress and mindset (ways of thinking).
Please note that the coaching group meets every other week for 6 sessions.

Participants should be ready to make life changes.
