Learn the techniques for a whole body self-treatment and empower yourself for a lifetime of greater flexibility, joint mobilization and pain free living in this fun and interactive class.  These techniques can be done standing or seated so all activity and age levels can participate.  This is a jam packed 90 minutes but I promise you will have fun, learn a lot and feel great when we are done.  So how can easy, simple techniques that take about 10 minutes a day create a global effect on the body?  

The hands and feet are peripheral and by stimulating the periphery the entire body system responds. In order to support, protect and stabilize your body and organs, your autonomic nervous system has to organize information about where your center of gravity is on a continual basis. To do this it uses receptor sites that are all over your body, mostly around joints.  The feet alone have ¼ of all the bones in the body, 33 joints, so tons of receptors there are stimulated with the 5 protocols:  position point pressing, gliding, shearing, rinsing and friction.  MELT techniques are also stimulating to the lymph system which runs not far under the skin, and when stimulated in the hands and feet where waste tends to accumulate, there is better cellular waste removal and repair body wide.  When the receptors in the hands and feet are stimulated the parasympathetic nervous system is dominant which quiets the body’s stress reflexes.
